Come to our free introduction to CrossFit class scheduled every Saturday at 11:30am to find out if CrossFit is for you. Wear some comfortable clothes, bring a water bottle and an open mind. We’ll provide the rest. We’ll cover CrossFit methodology, warm up and go through a workout of the day (WOD). The Free Intro class is open to all and will last approximately one hour. You do not need to sign up in advance — just show up! You can save a little time by filling out the waiver ahead of time.

The intro class is not a prerequisite to our on ramping options, just a little taster of what to expect from a CrossFit class at our gym.
