Build is a weightlifting-focused class designed to develop strength, technique, and confidence under the bar. Each session prioritizes compound lifts and accessory work with clear intent, allowing athletes of all levels to train heavy while moving well. Whether you’re refining your squat, pressing for consistency, or chasing new PRs, Build offers a structured, supportive environment where strength is the only focus—and progress is the goal.
