Program Description
Our HYROX classes are built to help athletes of all levels develop power, endurance, and race-day confidence. Led by coaches experienced in hybrid training, each one-hour session blends functional strength work with conditioning intervals and station practice. Whether you're prepping for your first HYROX or chasing a PR, our coaches will break down each movement, refine your pacing, and keep you moving efficiently.
