If you are new to weightlifting our 1:1 personalized approach is specifically designed to match your skill level and goals. Our coaches are committed to providing you with the guidance and support you need to succeed.
Our on-ramping options include:
- Assessment: Begin your journey with a comprehensive assessment that allows us to understand your strengths, weaknesses, and objectives. This assessment informs us how to get you started in classes.
- Individual Coaching: Based on your experience after the assessment, we provide one-on-one coaching to make sure you' understand the fundamentals and will see success in class.
- Progress Monitoring: Stay motivated and accountable with regular progress tracking. Our membership software gives you the ability to track your work and progress with us.
